Each month, First Bank selects a charity to benefit from our Casual for a Cause fund. On Fridays, our employees can show their support by making a donation to that charity and wear jeans. First Bank then matches employee donations. In 2019, through our Casual for a Cause fund, we were able to donate more than $5,000 to various charities!​
